The Subnational Engagement & Advisory Team serves as PVAC's primary interface with state governments — ensuring federal reforms cascade into measurable state-level impact.

Support on policy alignment, supply-chain architecture and manufacturing value-chain development.

Subnational Market Shaping

Demand aggregation, procurement optimisation and integration with pooled-purchasing platforms (e.g. Medipool).

Public-Private Interface

Facilitation of state-level partnerships to catalyse local production and innovation.

Data-Driven Planning

Strengthening forecasting, procurement planning and performance-monitoring systems.
